The project involves engaging selected contractors to complete specific trade-related projects, each with a value typically not to exceed $75,000. The total contract remuneration will not exceed $500,000 for each venue in Region 1. Each separate project will be issued based on estimated time and material and is called a “Release”. The contract term is one year with two options to renew for one year each. Separate contracts will be issued for general contracting, site work/underground utilities, asphalt paving, roofing, door and door hardware, electrical (low voltage), plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, painting and staining, tree service, drilling and blasting, and medium-voltage electrical. Only Registered Bidders are allowed to submit a bid. To become a Registered Bidder and obtain bidding documents, submit organizational name and mailing address, primary and secondary contact names, phone numbers, and email addresses. Secondary contact is mandatory. Bidding documents will be distributed electronically. It is expected that all bidders cooperate in encouraging minority business enterprise participation in the project. Pre-qualification requirements: Only Registered Bidders may submit a bid.
