Reference Number 0000414983 Purchase Type One Time Only- Delivery Date:12/31/2026 Parker Water & Sanitation District (PWSD or District) is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms (Consultant) to provide professional services for the 2026 Water Resources Master Plan (Master Plan or Project). PWSD provides water and wastewater services for residents in the Town of Parker and areas of Lone Tree and Castle Pines. PWSD currently serves approximately 72,000 residents in its rapidly growing community and is projected to nearly double its size by build-out (2050). PWSD's current water supply comes from deep Denver Basin groundwater wells, a direct diversion from Cherry Creek, alluvial wells that collect native Cherry Creek water supplies and reusable return flows, and water from the Water, Infrastructure, and Supply Efficiency (WISE) project. PWSD is currently working to obtain a junior water right from the South Platte River near Hillrose, CO as part of the Platte Valley Water Partnership (PVWP) along with the Lower South Platte Water Conservancy District and Castle Rock Water. The goal of the 2026 Water Resources Master Plan is to analyze PWSD's existing water rights and supplies, evaluate population growth projections, detail potential future water supply sources and alternatives, and propose solutions to any supply gaps. The study will cover an approximate 50-year study period (now to 2075).
