Emergency extension for the Frank Holten State Park Grand Marias Golf Course Roof Replacement Project. No further scope of work or specific instructions to bidders were provided in the available information. 1. Remove all existing shingles down to the wood deck of the building approximately 9100 square feet. 2. Repair up to 15% of the total existing wood decking 3. Install ice and water shield and felt underlayment 4. Install all new lead flashings around the vents 5. Install new aluminum drip edge 6. Install shingles to closest match existing or as approved by IDNR 7. Cleanup and haul away all debris ALL QUESTIONS PERTAINING TO THE SCOPE OF WORK OR THE BIDBUY PROCEDURES, MUST BE DIRECTED TO nicholas.a.bearss@illinois.gov ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE THE BID DATE.
