Sealed bids are requested for the following items, each to be bid separately and each envelope marked accordingly: (A) approximately 500 tons of super pave 9.5MM wearing and 800 tons of super pave 25MM; (B) approximately 400 tons of #1 stone, 400 tons of #57 stone, and 1,000 tons of 2A stone; (C) various sizes of corrugated plastic pipe (smooth wall) including approximately 200 feet of 12 inch, 200 feet of 15 inch, 100 feet of 18 inch, 200 feet of 24 inch, and 500 feet of 6 inch perforated pipe; (D) approximately 8,000 gallons of delivered road fuel (diesel); (E) approximately 1,500 tons of anti-skid Type 1; (F) mowing and trimming at the Municipal Building, Cemetery, Somerset Park, and Junction Park. All material (except for Item A) must be PennDOT certified and delivered to the Township stockpile; Item A will be picked up by the Township. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bond for 10% of the bid amount. Proof of insurance, including workers compensation, is required for Item F. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bid packages are available at the Township office.
