Reference number: 20127264 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-03-16 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 18 The Société québécoise des infrastructures (hereinafter the "Corporation") is issuing a public call for tenders for construction work involving the demolition and redevelopment of the site for phase 3.1 of the new Louis-Philippe-Paré secondary school project in Châteauguay, including, in general and without limitation, the detailed design, supply, manufacture, installation, testing, quality assurance and commissioning, for functional use, of the structures and systems covered by the Phase 3.1 works. This work includes, in particular, preparatory work, soil decontamination, demolition and decontamination of the existing school, maintenance and conversion of an extension into a warehouse, civil works and landscaping in accordance with the plans and specifications. The work required under this tender must be completed within 76 weeks (including public holidays, mandatory annual leave days (e.g., construction holidays) and the time required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date specified in the contract or upon receipt of written authorization from the Company. The probable start date for the work is between 29 June and 13 July 2026
