Contract title: Expansion works - Pavilion F SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK The Cegep de Saint-Jerome is conducting a public call for tenders for construction work aimed at, but not limited to, expanding Pavilion F which includes mechanical engineering technology, composite materials technology, teaching offices, dry classrooms and computer premises. The project includes the complete demolition of a two-storey building with a basement, located at 315 Parent Street in Saint-Jerome, the partial demolition of a two-storey building with a basement located at 210 Georges Street-Thurston in Saint-Jerome and the construction of a new four-storey building that will integrate the two-storey building and its reconstruction. The new building will be located in a quadrangle surrounded by the streets of the palace, Georges-Thurston, Parent and the linear park Le P'tit Train du Nord. DURATION OF THE WORK The BIDDER acknowledges that the work required under the contractual documents must be completed, at least at the stage of receipt with reservation, within a period of 96 weeks,including public holidays and construction vacations as well as the required lead times for the supply of materials/equipment. This period starts from the date provided for in the contract. The BIDDER must therefore establish the price of their bid accordingly. The probable date for the start of work will be from the week of August 17, 2026.
