The project consists of construction of improvements to Duran Park, including sidewalks, landscaping, parking, lighting, a restroom facility, and a basketball court. The total amount of work may be reduced as required by budget restraints. Bids will be considered on the basis of cost, the bidder's financial responsibility, equipment, and past performance on similar projects. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the instructions to bidders.
