Sealed proposals are requested for the installation of transmission structures and conductors at Boviet Substation. Instructions for submitting bids and complete specifications are available at the Office of the Procurement Manager, Greenville Utilities Commission, 401 S. Greene Street, Greenville, North Carolina during regular office hours. Late bids will not be considered. Greenville Utilities Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidders may attend a Pre-Bid meeting to ask questions and request clarifications prior to submitting a bid. Questions regarding this Request for Bid (RFB)should be received by or before 5:00 pm, March 17, 2026.
