The Township is requesting proposals for the purchase of one MINI-KAT6-1214-1E Air Fill Station with Cascade and related components for the Fire Department. This system will be a new installation and will be utilized to fill air cylinders for the department. The seller is required to deliver and install the system, provide certification for installation, and offer full instructions and training to Fire Department personnel on the operation, care, and maintenance of the apparatus. The seller must be located within 3 hours of the fill station for service or repair. The installation site is the Calabogie Fire hall. All equipment must be new, of current design and manufacture, and meet or exceed applicable standards of quality, including NFPA, CGA Pamphlet G-7, ANSI/CGA G-7.1, and recognized standards for respirable air. The requirements include the following: Single Phase 16.3 SCFM, 10 HP Mini-Kat 6 or equivalent, Air Purification, Carbon Monoxide Monitoring and Alarm System, High Temp Alarm, Moisture monitoring and alarm, three 6000 psi cylinders for storage, Remote Fill Hose Connection, Installation, Service Contract, Training, Hose and Fittings.
