The service provider will be required to: - Repair damaged lawns; - Apply soil and lay turf in existing or new parks; - Apply topsoil to areas to be seeded; - Clean up land; - Repair and install curbs and pavers; - Clean and repair flower beds; - Plant vegetation, trees, and mulch; - Perform all work related to land repair The contract is divided into two (2) separate lots. Lot A includes repair work on lawns and various earthworks throughout the City of Lévis. Lot B consists of landscaping work for parks and green spaces in the City of Lévis. The service provider may submit a price for one (1) specific lot or for both (2) lots. The City of Lévis will award a three (3)-year contract with the possibility of two (2) one-year extensions.
