The Los Angeles Regional Crime Laboratory Facility Authority seeks proposals for a contract to provide heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment maintenance and repair services exclusively for the HVAC system at the Hertzberg-Davis Forensic Science Center (HDFSC) in Los Angeles. Interested and qualified proposers must demonstrate at least five consecutive years of experience within the last five years in providing equivalent HVAC services, including at least one contract over $500,000 in the past five years. Proposers must have a business office within 50 miles of HDFSC and possess valid California C-20 and C-38 contractor licenses.
