Description

Renovation of a stadium in Wilkesboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

WCS requests written proposals from qualified providers for design-build services (architecture, engineering, construction) to renovate stadium seating, ensuring accessible seating, walkways, ramps, and steps for people with disabilities. The Wilkes County Board of Education is seeking written proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide these services for the renovation of stadium seating at East Wilkes High School, West Wilkes High School, and Wilkes Central High School. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any minor informality in the RFP process, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the school district. Questions regarding this RFQ are to be submitted in writing via email to Bergie Speaks at speaksb@wilkes.k12.nc.us not later than 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 24, 2026.
