Sealed bids are invited for Hurricane Ida Damage Repairs at Greenlawn Terrace Elementary School, Project No. 2025-20. Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, April 9, 2026, at the Jefferson Parish School Board's Facilities Department, 4600 River Road, Administration Annex, 1st Floor, Marrero, LA 70072, and will be opened and read aloud publicly. Bids cannot be withdrawn for at least thirty days after the scheduled closing time. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. Plans and specifications are available from TBA Studio Architecture, 103 Cypress St, West Monroe, LA 71291, for a deposit of $100 per hard copy set or a non-refundable $25 fee for an electronic set on compact disk. Refunds for documents are provided under specified conditions. A pre-bid meeting will be held at Greenlawn Terrace Elementary School, 1500 38th St., Kenner, LA 70065. Sealed proposals must be marked with the bidder's name, address, telephone number, State License Number (if bid exceeds $50,000), and the statement 'Proposal for (project name and number).' Bidders may also submit bids electronically at www.centralbidding.com. Participation from minority and female-owned businesses, as well as businesses located in the Parish, is encouraged.
