Repairs at Ruttan Mine on dikes and dam construction. Bidders must submit their bid using the provided Form of Offer, completed and signed in ink, and all required documentation. Bids must be submitted electronically by uploading to MERX, with technical and financial proposals in separate PDF files. The Form of Offer should not include any pricing. Bidders may submit bids in multiple files if necessary, ensuring each is clearly labeled. Upon uploading, bidders will receive an E-bid confirmation number. Bidders must complete and submit Bidder Information forms, a Work Schedule form, a Price form, and a Signature form. All forms must be used as provided in the Tender, and amendments should be acknowledged. Changes to submitted bids can be made before the submission deadline by re-uploading revised documents. Bidders may withdraw their submission before the deadline by written notice. Bids that are late, sent to the wrong location, or delivered by an incorrect method will be rejected.
