Third-party elevator inspection and witnessing services for the Saginaw VA Medical Center, including performing required annual and periodic inspections, witnessing elevator tests, verifying compliance with applicable codes and standards, and providing corresponding documentation and reports for all elevators covered under the facility's maintenance program. Services are required for a base period of one year with four option years, and must be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work, all incorporated clauses, and all requirements applicable to a firm-fixed-price commercial services contract.
