Site work for a transportation facility in Thornton, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for site work for a transportation facility.

The City intends to create two Station Area Master Plans (STAMPs) to proactively guide land use, mobility, and infrastructure planning in anticipation of future commuter rail service associated with the proposed expansion of the Regional Transportation District North (N) Line. The agreement will terminate on December 31, 2027, unless terminated sooner by issuance of a Termination Notice. To be qualified for consideration, proposing firms must have completed at least three projects of similar complexity and cost within the past five years. Proposals may be submitted electronically via BidnetDirect.com, by mail, or in person at the Contract Administration Office. Proposals must be received by the stated deadline. All proposals received after the deadline will be returned unopened. Proposing firms must register with BidNet Direct to download documents and must acknowledge all addenda with their proposal. Proposals must be plainly marked with the proposing firm's name and address and the project identification. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any formalities or informalities. An optional pre-bid conference will be conducted via web broadcast. All questions must be directed in writing to the Senior Contract Administrator as specified.
