Sealed proposals are requested for 'Inlet Reconstruction 2026-2029.' The work includes catch-basin repair and replacement throughout the Township. The contract lasts two years, with an option for the governing body to renew for a third year. Proposals must be submitted on provided forms, include a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid amount (not exceeding $20,000), and come with Surety Consent for a Performance Bond. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond from an approved indemnity company. Bidders must comply with specified New Jersey State Statutes, including Affirmative Action, Statement of Ownership, use of American goods and products, Public Works Contractor Registration, Business Registration of Public Contractors, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Qualifications Statements.
