As part of the City storm water management system, Wastewater Collections is seeking a respondent to perform bathymetric testing and analysis of 23 stormwater ponds. The goal is to support the prioritization and planning of sediment removal in the future. Bidders must submit their proposals online only, in English unless specified otherwise. Question Deadline: Mon Mar 16, 2026 1:00:00 PM (MDT) Documents can be obtained at https://reddeer.bidsandtenders.ca/ Site visit description: Optional Site Meeting & Site Access i. Access Status: Respondents are advised that all ponds are publicly accessible with the exception of one (Asset ID: [STSB_482 N of Northland Dr, E of River. Sediment Forebay.(Site Access Needed)]). Respondents are encouraged to visit the public sites independently to assess launch conditions. ii. Purpose: To provide Respondents with an overview of the site conditions, specifically the vegetation density at wetland sites (e.g., Westlake area) and access constraints.
