Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Copenhagen, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; fitness / recreation center; and educational facility.

The work involves alterations to the existing Main Building at Copenhagen Central School District. The project will expand the size of the Gymnasium and Stage as well as provide a new secure vestibule. The Gym components include new locker rooms, officials' rooms, team rooms, restrooms, and a new fitness center. The stage enhancements include a stage thrust, increased wing space, new audio, video and lighting capabilities, and stage drapery. Roof replacements and mechanical upgrades throughout the entire facility are also being addressed. An addition of a secure vestibule includes site work relative to the impacted areas, new entry points, and interior concession and circulation areas. A displaced Fitness Center will relocate to a newly designated area of the building. Bids must be made in writing on the furnished forms. Bid proposals received after the specified deadline will be returned unopened. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids and may disqualify bidders for material failure to comply with instructions.
