All prospective bidders shall have a Hawaii State Contractors License Type A prior to submittal of bids. PUBLIC PURCHASE SYSTEM will be used for questions regarding this bid Bidders are notified of the requirements to utilize the Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) to obtain proof of compliance with tax, registration, and labor requirements prior to the issuance of an award.
