Seeking construction testing/commissioning services for a new 2-story 36,084 sq. ft nursing building. Separate qualifications for owner’s construction testing and for owner’s commission agent are requested. Indicate on qualification package which service is being submitted for. Submit a Letter of Interest and a current Standard Form 254 (SF 254) electronically via the electronic Vendor Portal using the appropriate Bid Number. The format should be 8-1/2" x 11" pages. The Letter of Interest should not exceed ten (10) single-sided pages or five (5) double-sided pages plus the SF 254. Printed, e-mailed, and faxed submittals will not be accepted. The proposing firm must be properly licensed to practice Architecture, Engineering, or Landscape Architecture in the State of North Carolina. Required qualification information includes specialized expertise, past performance, adequate staff, current workload, design approach, experience with project costs and schedules, construction administration capabilities, proximity to and familiarity with the project area, record of successfully completed projects, and other relevant factors. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
