The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to perform interior painting, door staining, and ceiling tile replacement across all three stories of the BRCC building. The College will provide specific materials (paint and ceiling tiles) as noted below. 2. Ceiling Grid & Tile Scope To ensure a clean finish, the contractor must follow a strict sequence of operations: Grid Preparation: Remove all existing ceiling tiles and dispose of them according to college guidelines. Preparation: All light fixtures, fire sprinkler heads, and HVAC diffusers must be professionally masked with plastic and tape prior to spraying. Cleanup: Because Dry Fall creates fine dust, the Vendor is responsible for HEPA-vacuuming all surfaces (floors, ledges, windowsills) after the ceiling phase is complete. nstallation: Once the grid is fully cured, the Contractor shall install new ceiling tiles (furnished by the College) using gloves to avoid marking the new finished tiles.
