**As of April 14, 2026, this project has been awarded.** Sealed proposals are invited for the MT. IDA ROAD PIPELINE REPLACEMENT ALMQUIST TIE-IN 2026 project, The Project consists of replacement of approximately 310 feet of 12-inch diameter pipe with 8-inch diameter SDR-35 PVC pipe, along with replacement of 1 manhole as shown on the Contract Drawings . Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed forms and be accompanied by cash, a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a payment bond and faithful performance bond each in the full amount of the contract price, and provide insurance with certificates and endorsements as specified. Bidders must possess a Class A, General Engineering Contractor's license and be registered to perform public work with the Department of Industrial Relations. All subcontractors must also be registered and qualified. Bidders must submit valid Certificates of Reported Compliance for the fleet performing the work, and failure to submit these certificates will result in disqualification. Bids equal to or exceeding $1,000,000 must include an Iran Contracting Act certification. All bidders must comply with employment requirements and prevailing wage rates. The District reserves the right to reject all bids and may extend the time to award the contract. Bidders are responsible for complying with all requirements of the bid documents and any addenda issued.
