Description of the object: The work covered by this contract mainly involves replacing the wooden porticos between supports #283 and #189, using qualified personnel and in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents. The contract includes the following work: - Provision of labor, machinery, and certain materials; - Transportation of materials supplied by Hydro-Québec between the points of availability and the work site; - Construction and maintenance of access roads; - Dismantling work (cables, wooden porticos); - Handling, transporting, and disposing of dismantled materials; - Excavating, backfilling, and disposing of certain excavated materials; - Installing soil, rock, and TTOG foundations for supports; - Installing counterweights and grounding; - Assembling and erecting steel gantries; - Installation of steel poles; - Transfer of conductors, guard cables, and accessories from a wooden gantry to a new steel gantry; - Implementation of environmental measures; - Site restoration
