The project includes the construction of eight townhome units within one building at Parmenter Place in Concord, New Hampshire. All work under this contract must comply with applicable laws and prohibitions, including no use of lead-based paints, asbestos-containing products, or CFC-containing products. The General Contractor is to provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the project. Proposals must be accompanied by a satisfactory bid guarantee for 5% of the proposal amount if the bid is greater than $100,000. The selected contractor will be required to furnish a 100% Contract Performance Bond and a 100% Contract Payment Bond for contracts greater than $100,000. Insurance requirements include worker's compensation, fire and extended coverage, comprehensive liability, automobile liability, and others as specified. All work must be completed as scheduled and in compliance with the submitted and approved progress schedule. Instructions to bidders include submitting sealed, original, signed proposals in clearly marked envelopes.
