The probable start date for the work is between 4 May and 29 May 2026. Repair work on the low roof cannot be carried out before August 2026. Bidders who wish to receive clarification regarding the call for tenders must communicate in writing to the email address designated below, taking care to mention the contract, project and SEAO notice numbers in the subject line of the email. The Company reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification that does not result in a change to the tender documents submitted by a bidder if such request is received five working days or less before the deadline for receipt of tenders.
