Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Timmonsville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 19,000-square-foot educational facility.
Palmetto Housing Corporation is seeking qualified contractors to provide demolition and site-clearing services for the former Timmonsville High School property. The contractor will be responsible for delivering a fully cleared, construction-ready site. The project includes full demolition and removal of structures and materials on a 2.3-acre site, including demolition of an approximately 19,000 sq. ft. building, removal of approximately 60,000 sq. ft. of concrete and asphalt, removal of designated trees, and hauling and lawful disposal of all debris. The contractor is responsible for securing all required permits. Lot dimensions are 431 ft (width) by 233 ft (depth). PHC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
