The Town of Pahrump requires a qualified, licensed contractor with track building experience. The scope of work includes full mobilization and site preparation, construction of a Vet style Motocross track and a UTV/ATV track with features such as jumps and berms, heightening of sound wall barriers, and capping the tracks with 12 inches of improved soil. The contractor must provide all labor and equipment according to project specifications and applicable codes. Responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the appropriate bid number and project title. No verbal, emailed, or faxed responses will be considered. Contractors must hold an active SAM.gov registration and a valid Nevada Contractor’s License. The project is subject to federal labor standards, including Davis-Bacon wage rates and Section 3 requirements. Section 3 Business Concerns, as well as minority and women-owned businesses, are encouraged to respond.
