Contract No: FA8903-21-D-0008 ***UPDATE 04*** - Attachments 05 and 06 (half-size and full-size drawings) required minor verbiage updates to drawin Commercial construction services to repair and modernize Building 403 to support current cyber operations mission requirements. Work includes construction and renovation activities necessary to meet ICD-705 standards, accommodate classified and secure cyber operations, and comply with the provided design specifications and drawings. The project is executed as a firm-fixed-price contract with a performance period of 540 calendar days from notice to proceed, including completion of final inspection and punch list items. The scope may include upgrades to structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, communications, and electronic security systems to achieve full mission readiness and compliance with applicable federal, Department of Defense, and Air National Guard requirements. Optional work includes installation of an Electronic Security System and a backup generator with load bank, as defined in the solicitation. The magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000.
