Renovation and repair of Building 403 to meet ICD-705 standards and accommodate current cyberoperations mission requirements, including all non-personal services necessary to complete the work in accordance with the provided design specifications and drawings. The work includes furnishing all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision required to fully renovate and repair the facility. Construction activities will support secure operations and incorporate mission-critical infrastructure upgrades consistent with ICD-705 compliance. The project includes a firm fixed-price scope with a contract performance period of 540 calendar days from notice to proceed, through final inspection and completion of punch list items. Intrusion Detection System equipment, materials, and installation are brand name and sole-source specific to Advantor, with justification and approval included in the solicitation. In addition to base bid work, the scope includes optional line items for an Intrusion Detection System and for a back-up generator with load bank to support facility operations and resiliency. The magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. In accordance with FAR 36.211(b), the following information is provided: The National Guard has no agency-specific policies or procedures applicable to definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts other than those described at FAR 43.204, DFARS 243.204 and AFARS 5143.204. Data for the prior 3 fiscal years regarding the time required to definitize equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts for the National Guard is currently not available, but will be compiled and provided in future announcements.
