The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the contractor furnishing and installing fans throughout La Pine Elementary School. Instructions to bidders specify that a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held at the project location. Bidding documents are those prepared by Bend-La Pine School District and may be obtained from Central Oregon Builders Association or online. This project is a prevailing wage project, and no bid will be received or considered unless the bid contains a statement by the bidder, as part of the bid, that 'Contractor agrees to be bound by and will comply with the applicable provisions of 279C.838, 279C.840 or 40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148.' 1st Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Statements are due by 4:00 PM on the bid due date in order for bids to be considered for award. Bids and 1st Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Statements received after the required time and date will not be considered.
