This work will include the installation of a 42' span arch culvert and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. This contract provides for the The Successful bidder will be responsible for construction of the Brighton Creek Culvert Replacement at Harts Lake Rd Project, D462. Work shall be completed in 120 working days following the Notice to Proceed and material procurement period. The onsite Construction window is expected to be between June 2026 through October 2026. The work will include construction below the Ordinary High-Water Mark (OHWM) and a temporary stream diversion. Work below the OHWM shall be completed in the permit specified in-water work windows. Executing the work will require personnel experienced in stream channel construction. The project will follow an Archaeological Treatment Plan to protect cultural resources. An Archaeological monitor will be on-site during key ground-disturbing activities, and the schedule includes extra time to complete these requirements
