Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Kirkland, Washington. Working plans call for site work for a multi-residential development; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Juanita Trace Site Improvements project is comprised of (but not limited to) trenching and installation of new tightlines at each building connecting to the existing storm system. Demolish and install select new sidewalks. Demolish and install two (2) new parking spaces at community building (building P.) New metal hand railings at select locations. New lights at existing poles and installation of six (6) new poles and lights and two (2) bollard lights. Asphalt grind and overlay. New curbing at select locations. New striping and pavement markings, and all other work items per the Scope of Work (SOW), Specifications and Drawings. The contractor is responsible for all public and private utility locating prior to work commencing. All dimensions must be field verified by contractor. Do not scale plans. Payable to: King County Housing Authority Process: Bid Bond or Certified Check will be returned to the Unsuccessful Bidders within Ten (10) Days after the Contract Award. Projects valued over one hundred fifty thousand ($150,000) dollars require a one hundred (100%) percent Performance and Payment Bond. The King County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) calendar days subsequent to the opening of the bids without the written consent of KCHA. The King County Housing Authority also reserves the right to reject all bids, for any reason, prior to Contract Execution. The King County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
