The Port is seeking qualified consultants to provide on-call professional project management services and project management office (PMO) support services to assist in the maintenance, upgrade, replacement, and construction of infrastructure necessary for efficient, safe, and sustainable terminal operations. This includes infrastructure such as terminal facilities, roadways, rail systems, waterways, and utilities (water, sewer, storm drain, electrical, and communications systems). The services will support Port projects across all phases of project delivery, and specialized services related to land use initiatives. PMO support services encompass risk assessment, sustainability, and lessons learned, aimed at promoting consistency, quality, efficiency in project execution, supporting informed decision-making, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget while meeting stakeholder and regulatory requirements.
