UMBA is seeking Owner Project Manager Services for the Biotech Buildings 4 & 5 Maintenance and Repairs project adjacent to the University of Massachusetts Medical School Campus. The project will upgrade building and tenant dedicated MEP/FP equipment, related systems, and interior finishes, with an emphasis on minimizing tenant disruptions. MEP/FP equipment and systems upgrades including air handling units, exhaust fans, hot water boilers, air cooled chillers and other electrical / fire protection components that have exceeded useful life, as well as new interior finishes.
