Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Northborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Northborough, Massachusetts invites sealed bids for Town of Northborough, Massachusetts, Complete Streets - Two Locations - Blake Street and Pierce Street. The work in the base bid contract includes, but is not limited to, minor roadway widening, curb extensions, installation of new granite curb, sidewalk, landscaping, streetlighting, RRFBs (flashing beacons), minor stormwater improvements, pavement striping and signage, temporary traffic controls and signing for construction operations and other various items to complete the improvements. The project will include other improvements in accordance with the plans and contract documents. Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Question Deadline 03/19/2026 Every request for such interpretation shall be in writing (emailed) addressed to Darshan Jhaveri, Project Manager, BETA Group, Inc.at djhaveri@beta-inc.com. It is the bidder's responsibility to confirm that any request has been received. To be given consideration a request must be received at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
