a. Project Location: Work shall be performed under this Contract on the campus of the University of Iowa at John and Mary Pappajohn Biomedical Discovery Building (PBDB), 169 Newton Road, Iowa City, Iowa 52242. b. The Constructor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary for, and incidental to, construction of this project as indicated on Drawings dated March 3, 2026. c. Work shall include everything requisite and necessary to finish work properly, notwithstanding that not every item of labor or materials or accessories required to make project complete may be specifically mentioned. Replace the HVAC control system at the John and Mary Pappajohn Biomedical Discovery Building. Bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference and the site tour that follows, as this will be the only opportunity for a pre-bid inspection of the existing conditions. Bids must be submitted via Bid Express before the specified deadline.
