The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), is soliciting bids from qualified firm(s) to provide Demolition of Improvements, Structures, or other Encumbrances in the Right Of Way and/or Easement Areas. Questions due to GDOT 3/6/2026 2:00 PM Deadline for submission of Bid Response 3/11/2026 2:00 PM Questions about any aspect of this solicitation, or the project, shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to Mckenzie Mathison email mmathison@dot.ga.gov . This solicitation is open to potential bidders who currently hold prequalification status for Right of Way Property Management Services issued by GDOT and who hold a current prequalification certificate The Georgia Department of Transportation has adopted a 15% overall annual goal for DBE participation on all projects. GDOT anticipates one (1) award to one (1) firm, for the project/contract identified. I understand and agree that any and all monies on deposit with the Department relative to this contract are subject to forfeiture by the Department as liquidated damages and that a penalty of $500.00 will be imposed for each day beyond the thirty (30) day limit on this project. For violation of this provision, GDOT reserves the right to reject the submittal of the offending Respondent.
