TIMELINE: Negotiable Request for Proposals is underway for the project. The purpose is to invite suppliers for Residential Plumbing & HVAC Repair, Inspection, and Maintenance Services to prepare and submit competitive proposals to provide the required deliverables for various locations in BC Housing's Interior Region, BC. Services are divided into five Service Areas: AREA 1 (Kelowna, West Kelowna, Penticton, Oliver), AREA 2 (Vernon, Coldstream, Armstrong), AREA 3 (Greenwood, Grand Forks, Trail, Castlegar), AREA 4 (Nelson, Creston, Cranbrook), and AREA 5 (Salmon Arm, Kamloops, Revelstoke, Lillooet, Cache Creek). Submissions can be made via the BC Bid Electronic Submission system or by email to the designated BC Housing Contact Person, ensuring registration and an active account on BC Bid by the closing date.
