The scope of work generally includes selective demolition and reconstruction of existing site features, earthwork, grading, and paving to support reconfigured parking and circulation areas. Work includes removal of existing asphalt, concrete pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalks, fencing, utilities, and select trees as shown on the demolition plans, followed by construction of new asphalt and concrete pavements, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, accessible ramps, striping, signage, and associated site features.
