The work consists of furnishing labor and materials for the Annual Sidewalk and Curbing Construction Program for the town on an as-needed basis for the year. Bidders must submit sealed bids addressed to the specified contact, with the name and address of the bidder and the subject of the bid on the envelope. Each bid must include an original and one copy. Bid documents are available from the specified office or may be downloadable from the designated website. The town reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
