Fieldwork (sanitary surveys) must be carried out over two years, namely 2026 and 2027. The mandate will be to cover as many addresses as possible in 2026, depending on the budget available to the City, with the remainder in 2027. The quantities identified in the tender schedule represent approximately the number planned for each year. The number may be higher or lower depending on the prices submitted. The approximate inspection dates will be set at the kick-off meeting. The inspection dates may be spread out until 15 October 2026 for addresses targeted in 2026 and until 15 October 2027 for addresses targeted in 2027. The characterization reports for each property and the corrective plan approved by the City's project manager must be submitted by 30 November of each year at the latest.
