Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the provided specifications and instructions. The City reserves the right to waive all formalities and to award the proposal most advantageous to the City. Additional specifications and information can be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Department. All proposals received at the specified time and location will be publicly opened, with only the names of respondents being read aloud.
