The Town of Colonie invites bids for the replacement of store front doors and windows at the Town of Colonie Golf Course Restaurant JB347. Sealed bids must be received at the Office of Purchasing, Memorial Town Hall, Latham, NY 12110. All bidders must comply with N.Y. Gen. Mun. Law 103. Solicitation documents are available at the Office of Purchasing, 534 New Loudon Road, Memorial Town Hall, Latham, NY 12110, and may be available for download from the Empire State Purchasing Group's website. Bids must be submitted in an opaque, sealed envelope marked with the project title and bidder information, along with any required documents and, if applicable, bid security. If mailed or delivered, the bid envelope must be enclosed in a second envelope marked 'BID ENCLOSED' and with project and bidder details. At contract execution, the successful bidder must provide performance and labor and materials bonds, and a payment bond equal to the full bid amount. The Town reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. A meeting for potential bidders will be held at the Town of Colonie Golf Course, where attendees may investigate and ask questions about the project. The desired store front doors and windows shall be all glass , not tinted or colored . The Successful Bidder shall supply all materials , labor , and installation of the new store front doors and windows . The Successful Bidder shall remove and dispose of the existing store front doors and windows .
