Reference number: 20127934 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-03-13 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 4 Description REPAIR OF MUNICIPAL INFRASTRUCTURE ON RUE TREMBLAY (between Aumais and Antoine-St-Denis streets) CITY REFERENCE: 0920-413-354273 REFERENCE TETRA TECH QI INC.: 54875TT PUBLIC TENDER The City of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue is requesting bids for the rehabilitation work on Tremblay Street between Aumais and Antoine-St-Denis streets, including the complete rehabilitation of underground infrastructure and the roadway structure. The existing lighting network will need to be protected and conserved. Not limited to, work includes: - General management of the site and signaling work; - The stripping and arrangement of the vegetation cover; - The demolition and disposition of surfacing located on the municipal right-of-way (asphalt, concrete curb, pavers, retaining wall and concrete curb of driveways); - The demolition and disposal of existing drinking water, sanitary and storm sewer systems, including all accessories; - The provision and installation of a temporary drinking water system; - The reconstruction of drinking water, sanitary and storm sewer networks over a distance of approximately 475 linear metres, including some 40 service connections; - The reconstruction of concrete curbs over a length of approximately 950 linear metres; - The installation of subfoundations, granular foundations and bituminous coating on an area of approximately 5,000 square meters; - The loading, transport and disposal of surplus or non-reusable or contaminated materials; - The signalling and marking works of the new carriageway; - The repair of surfaces disturbed by work and other related works.
