Reconstruction of CSAH 36 from I-94 to Hwy 101 in the City of St. Michael, including construction of a roundabout, curb and gutter, storm sewer, pond, and multi-use trail over a length of 2.128 miles. Major items of work include removal of bituminous pavement, excavation and subgrade, select granular embankment, aggregate base, concrete pavement, bituminous wearing and non-wearing course mixes, prefabricated modular block wall, reinforced concrete pipe sewer, drainage structures, bituminous walk, concrete curb and gutter, and lighting units. Minimum wage rates have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962 and implementing regulations.
