The project is generally described as rehabilitating the existing asphalt pavement in the parking area. New asphalt will be applied throughout, and the new pavement will be re-striped. In some areas, including the loading area, military vehicle parking, dumpster, and bus parking, the existing asphalt pavement will be replaced with Portland Cement Concrete pavement. BIDS SHALL BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH eVA. Bids submitted outside of the eVA system, such as via e-mail, mail, or fax will not be accepted. Bids will be received until the closing date and time listed. Any bid received after the closing date and time will be considered non-responsive and marked as "LATE." A Bid Bond is required.
