Renovation of a multi-residential development in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
**As of April 7th, this project has been awarded to Pacific Polymers Inc dba American Foam Experts for $93,418.00.** The project consists of a Roof Replacement Project at 1500 15th Street. The scope of work is referenced in Exhibit “A” dated March 2, 2026, titled Roof Replacement Project, and spans 3 pages. All work must be performed as specified in the contract, including providing all materials, supervision, transportation, and supplies as set forth in the requirements. Field work must be completed within 90 calendar days from the commencement date. Instructions to bidders: All bids must be on printed forms supplied and submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked for the project. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid job walk is required; non-attendance will disqualify the bidder. Bids must be complete and include all required forms as listed in the Project Checklist. Bid Bond (10%) is required with the proposal. Payment and Performance Bonds are required from the selected contractor after award. Contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the DIR for prevailing wage projects. The contract is awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. CADA reserves the right to reject any bids or waive irregularities, except for pre-bid walk attendance. Incomplete or late bids may be deemed non-responsive.
