The Nipomo High School Electrical Re-Routing Project requires sealed bids for the award of a contract. Bids must be made on the forms provided by the District and submitted to the Facilities Office. The contract time is from June 22, 2026 to July 17, 2026. The project is subject to the formal bid requirements of the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA), and bidders must follow all relevant guidelines and requirements. Contractors should consult the General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and General Requirements for information on milestones and liquidated damages. If additive or deductive bid alternates are included, bidders must price these as part of their bid, but the lowest bid will be determined based on the base contract price only.
