The project involves demolition and renovation work on the ground floor of the Long Hall Building at Clemson University, with an approximate renovation area of 5,774 square feet out of a total 18,636 square feet. The scope of work includes the demolition and renovation of walls, installation of new finishes, finish ceilings, doors, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems. The project delivery method is Design-Bid-Build and the construction cost range is estimated to be between 1 and 2 million dollars. Bidders are required to submit one copy of their bid. PROJECT LOCATION: 230 Parkway Drive, Clemson SC 29634 COST RANGE: $ 1 Million to$ 2Million *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. BID SECURITY IS REQUIRED IN AN AMOUNT NOT LESS THAN 5% OF THE BASE BID. PERFORMANCE AND LABOR & MATERIAL PAYMENT BONDS: The successful Contactor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
