Renovation of a municipal facility in Crivitz, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
In general, the work consists of: Removal and replacement of six asphalt shingled roofs, removal and replacement of gutters, removal and replacement of siding, removal and replacement of flooring, wall and ceiling paint, replacement of residential mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fixtures and appliances, replacement of windows, doors, exterior and interior manufactured stairs, casework, finish work, and storage racking. Replacement of commercial plumbing fixtures and systems or appliances, and restroom specialties. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. Question Deadline 04/12/2026 Bidders shall bring any inadequacies , omissions , or conflicts to the Architect /Engineer's attention
